The Alcaraz Range and the Campo de Montiel (in the province of Albacete) are getting a growing importance. Resources of environmental and historic value, as well as some others recently retrieved, have drawn attention from the authorities, rural development groups, tourists and businessmen. Different efforts have combined to show an increasing need to correct and introduce new elements which are able to improve the tourist system. The Alca- raz Rail Trail (former railway, obsolete and adapted for tourist use) has been used as an ele- ment of reference in order to set off a project of integral recovery in the region.La Sierra de Alcaraz y el Campo de Montiel (Provincia de Albacete) están cobrando un protagonismo creciente. La presencia de recursos de valor ambiental o histórico, además de otros recuperados recientemente, han despertado el interés de la administración, los grupos de desarrollo rural, los turistas y los empresarios. La conjunción de esfuerzos pone de manifiesto la necesidad creciente de corregir e introducir nuevos elementos capaces de mejorar los elementos del sistema turístico. La Vía Verde de Alcaraz (antiguo ferrocarril en desuso actualmente recuperado para uso turístico) ha servido como elemento de referencia para la puesta en marcha de un proyecto de recuperación integral de la comarca

Cambiando la conciencia de los mestizos : modelo de asentamiento a partir de la sabiduría ambiental de nuestros ancestros

Actualmente no es un tema desconocido la actual problemática ambiental por la que estamos atravesando, ni tampoco que somos una sociedad con el futuro comprometido, pero hay algo que no hemos tenido en cuenta en todos estos años y es a nuestros ancestros en nuestro presente para nuestro futuro, ya que hemos importado del occidente las nuevas tecnologías y las soluciones de nuestros problemas de sostenibilidad cuando siempre hemos contado con el conocimiento ambiental de nuestros sabedores ancestrales mucho antes de la llegada de los conquistadores. Este no es un proyecto de propuesta patrimonial ni compasivo para con nuestros indígenas que están a punto de desaparecer por nuestra devastadora cultura, sino todo lo contrario es un proyecto donde se valorara un tesoro que tenemos y que pueden dar una luz hacia el futuro frente a esta problemática ambiental y frente al momento de armar una forma diferente de leer o de plantear las ciudades contemporáneas y con ello lograr empalmar de una mejor manera la relación de artificio y naturaleza. Actualmente en Bogotá residen 15 mil indígenas de varias comunidades que tratan a diario de llevar una vida más acorde a su cosmovisión respecto a la madre tierra. El proyecto no es para los indígenas sino para la comunidad en general y se circunscribirá en tomar esa experiencia ancestral de relación con el medio ambiente, y ver cómo se puede aplicar a un medio urbano contemporáneo donde haya paisaje y a la vez artificio y proponer un asentamiento diferente y propio, que conlleve a formarnos a un estilo de vida sostenible y de relación estrecha con el entorno entendiendo que somos seres urbanos contemporáneos, El objetivo de este proyecto no busca dar solución a una problemática por medio de un proyecto arquitectónico sino pensar a través del proyecto, leer un contexto y dar una reflexión a través de la misma arquitectura."It is not unknown that in our days we are experiencing several environmental issues. We are a society with an undefined future and unfortunately there is something that we have ignored for all our history, that s our indigenous traditions/ancestors. We have imported all kind of ideas, technologies and ""solutions"" to our problems forgetting that we always have had enough or even more ancestral knowledge of our nature. This Project is not about historical or cultural patrimony, it is not looking for pity or compassion to our indigenous culture on the contrary it is about value our previous/first ideas. It can show us different ways to contemplate, plan and organize our modern cities. It will help to integrate this minority. Today, there are more than 15 thousands of Indians in Bogota who are daily trying to live regarding their old vision and their usual behavior. This Project is an approach to eastern society and it is focus in the relationship between the environmental ancestral experience and his execution in a metropolitan area. It is suggesting a sustainable way of life and showing the importance to create a close connection with our surroundings understanding that we are already living in an urban society. Diseño paso a nivel en la avenida Salaverry intersección urbana con los jirones Amorarca y Rafael Díaz

La investigación tuvo como objetivo general: Proponer un Diseño de un Paso a Nivel en la Avenida Salaverry – Intersección Urbana con los Jirones Amorarca y Rafael Díaz, mejorando el tránsito peatonal y la Congestión Vehicular del Distrito de Morales e implementando una biblioteca pública, Provincia y Región San Martin, para analizar la problemática de diseño y conservación en la vialidad de la ciudad, lo que origina el desequilibrio entre la sostenibilidad de la urbe y la calidad de vida. Esta investigación propone el mejoramiento de la reducción del congestionamiento vehicular, a través de la incorporación de un Diseño de un Paso a Nivel o intersección urbana en busca de la sostenibilidad urbana y la calidad de vida, centrándose así en el tema de la calidad del entorno urbano, con el fin de apaciguar las emisiones de la contaminación visual, sonora y atmosférica. Tipo de investigación es Descriptivo – no experimental. Se trabajó con una muestra de 385 habitantes para la recopilación de información, se aplicaron encuestas y la observación directa del sector a intervenir, surgiendo como hipótesis referida a la propuesta. El procesamiento de datos y presentación de los resultados se muestra en cuadros y gráficos respectivos, además en los respectivos planos de diseño urbano, mostrado a través de formato 3D y maqueta respectiva. Los resultados permitieron determinar la problemática existente de la vialidad urbana en el distrito de Morales. Concluimos que la investigación es un aporte en el campo de la Arquitectura, y la valoración de esté en el aspecto urbano, que se fundamenta a partir de un nutrido uso de terminología esencial que explicarán las variables del Diseño Paso a Nivel en la Avenida Salaverry – Intersección Urbana con los Jirones Amorarca y Rafael Díaz de la ciudad de Morales.The research had as its general objective: Propose a Design of a Level Crossing on Salaverry Avenue - Urban Intersection with the Amorarca and Rafael Diaz streets, improving pedestrian movement and Vehicles Congestion and also, implementing a public library, in Morales District Province and San Martin Region, to analyze the problems of design and conservation in the city's roads, which causes the imbalance between the sustainability of the city and the quality of life. This research proposes the improvement of the reduction of traffic congestion, through the incorporation of a Design of a Level Crossing or urban intersection in search of urban sustainability and quality of life, thus focusing on the issue of the quality of the environment urban, in order to appease the emissions of visual, sound and atmospheric pollution. Type of research is Descriptive - not experimental. We worked with a sample of 385 inhabitants for the collection of information, surveys and direct observation of the sector to be intervened, arising as a hypothesis referred to the proposal. The data processing and presentation of the results are shown in respective tables and graphs, in addition in the respective urban design plans, shown through 3D format and respective model. The results allowed to determine the existing problematic of the urban road in the district of Morales.
